Chandigarh: The Chandigarh Press Club, in collaboration with the One Beat Medical Group Trust, organised a Free Comprehensive Health Camp on Sunday, drawing an enthusiastic turnout of nearly 350 members and their families. Around 250 participants underwent detailed laboratory investigations, including Renal Function Tests (RFT), Liver Function Tests (LFT), Lipid and Thyroid Profiles, Blood Sugar analysis, Vitamin Panel, CBC and other essential diagnostics.
Doctors were available for on-site consultations, and free medicines were provided to all who required them. The camp also featured a dedicated eye examination unit, where nearly 250 members availed screening services. Reading glasses were distributed free of cost to beneficiaries.
One Beat Medical Group Trust Extends Support
Bahadur Singh, Founder and Chairman of the One Beat Medical Group Trust, attended the event as the chief guest. He was felicitated by the Governing Council of the Chandigarh Press Club for supporting the initiative. The Trust operates charitable hospitals, blood banks, nursing, pharmacy and paramedical institutions across Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Oregon (USA).
Additional support came from Ojaswwee Sharma, National Award-winning filmmaker and founder of Pinaka Mediaworks. Expressing gratitude to all partners and volunteers, the Chandigarh Press Club said it will continue organising such welfare activities for the well-being of its members.
