Kurukshetra/Chandigarh:  Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, on Wednesday made a special appearance at the 10-day “Sangathan Srijan” (Organisation Building) training camp being organised for district presidents of the Congress party from Haryana and Uttarakhand. Held at the Punjabi Dharamshala near Brahma Sarovar in Kurukshetra, the camp witnessed Rahul Gandhi engaging directly with party workers and infusing them with renewed motivation to strengthen the organisation.

Upon his arrival at the venue, Rahul Gandhi was given an enthusiastic welcome by Congress office-bearers and workers. Addressing around 60 district presidents from Haryana and Uttarakhand, he said, “You have been entrusted with the responsibility of your districts. You must fulfil it fearlessly and with a strong sense of duty. You are warriors of the Congress, and you must work like warriors.”

He further noted that the prevailing “empire of corrupt power” poses a major challenge, but stressed that party workers must confront these challenges with courage and further reinforce the organisation. Boosting the morale of the district presidents, Rahul Gandhi asserted, “No one can suppress your voice because a strong organisation like the Congress stands with you. You are capable and empowered. There is no need to take decisions under pressure—work independently. We will periodically assess your progress and continue to provide guidance and support whenever required.
