Microsoft 365 has been facing issues for the last couple of days. While the company is in the process of restoring services, users are still not able to get reliable access to Outlook.com, Office.com, Power Platform, Dynamics365 and Microsoft Teams.
As per DownDetector, the website that tracks service outages of popular platforms, users in India started to report issues in accessing Outlook from 10AM on October 1. Most people are complaining that they are unable to login to services.
“We’re reviewing recent changes to our service to further determine the cause of impact. Users may experience problems with various Exchange Online protocols including Outlook desktop, mobile devices as well as those dependent on REST functionality,” added Microsoft.
