Chandigarh: The Punjab Government on Tuesday announced revised winter timings for schools across the state, effective immediately, keeping in view the prevailing cold weather conditions. As per the new schedule:

Primary schools will function from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Middle, high and senior secondary schools will operate from 10:00 am to 3:20 pm.
The decision aims to protect students from early-morning cold and fog while ensuring that academic activities continue smoothly. School authorities have been directed to implement the revised timings immediately.
